My Year In Music – September 2026
Sometimes the songs are easy. They arrive first thing in the morning, bouncing around my head begging to be made the song for the day. Sometimes multiple songs show up in one day and they all deserve a spot on the MYIM playlist. But, of course, sometimes it’s not that easy. Sometimes I just find…

Let’s Talk About This & That (Mini Album Breakdown)
This & That is Stray Kids’ 10th Mini Album and probably the first in which the title track was inspired by the contents of a snack bag. It consists of 8 songs and a run time of about 25 minutes. Once again, 3RACHA appears consistently throughout the credits as lyricists and composers which ensured Bang…

In Depth Mini Album Review – Big Ocean’s THE GREATEST BATTLE
Honestly, coming into this review, I constantly thought of Big Ocean as very different from me despite the fact that, as K-pop idols go, they are perhaps the most like me. Much like me (Emma), the members of Big Ocean are all hard of hearing in some capacity. Formed under Parastar Entertainment, Big Ocean consists…

Drive To Survive Bingo
Well it’s almost time to enjoy the Formula 1 season without all of the ‘Lights Out and Away We Go!’ action and, after watching the entirety of the 2022 season (some of it in person), Niamh will be sitting down to watch Drive to Survive Season 5 but with a twist! We’ve tried to guess…

5 Ways to Reset & Plan For 2023
Happy New Year dear readers! Although many people reflect on the year that was and plan for the New Year in December, I’m starting 2023 off with a reset and planning as illness got in the way! It is never too late to sit down and do your own version of setting yourself up for…

My Year in Music – December 2022
Happy New Year! It’s a time for changes and diet plans (that you may not necessarily stick to) but something’s should never change; like the My Year in Music posts that will continue arriving every month. I’ve even got the first few songs of 2023 picked out. This year had its ups and downs like…

2022 Yearly Round Up
If I’m not mistaken, it’s been a while since we’ve recapped a whole year. Naturally, we didn’t post as regularly this year because life decided to return to kind of normal and somehow more hectic and chaotic than ever. But people still took time to read what we wrote. As always, we want to thank…

Pit Walls and Pit Stops
Part of the F1 Reaction Series The 2022 Formula 1 season has come to a close and I think it’s about time we have a look back at the second half of the season. When I say this season was more dramatic than an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, I mean it. We…

My Year in Music November 2022
Don’t worry, I’m here and the latest addition to the My Year in Music playlist is here too. I just decided to put off posting it for a little while. I could never forget to add to our playlist; I just decided to take my time getting around to it this time. November was a…

November 2022 Monthly Round Up
Another month is just over and can you believe we have already survived through 11 months of the year? November saw work turn hectic again, reunions with good friends and our favourite wall that we like to hide by and; two unforgettable concerts for good measure. Before we get lost in the present buying and…

My Year In Music October 2022
This month, I felt like influencing the My Year in Music playlist a lot more and hand picking some tracks that I feel needed to be included in this year’s playlist. So much so that I started and finished this post less than 24 hours after the last MYIM post went live. This selection of…
